if it’s marriage based, take all of your original documents, birth certificate, marriage license and marriage certificate, passport, drivers license and ead (if you have it), pictures, anything that proves you have a real marriage like insurances, rental agreements, tax return, etc etc. And have faith, everything will work out! good luck ! 🍀

Oh and if you have old passports take them too, they asked for my first ever passport there because I had an old tourist visa in it hahah, and the EAD approval notices as well. Take everything just in case. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

birth certificates from you and your husband/wife btw and his/her passports and drivers license as well. And if you have a joint account you should get copies of its statements ( I printed statements from the date I sent my application to the day of the interview ) and copies of your pay stubs if you got a job. I know it’s a lot but u got this
