Based on my opinion if they are not responsive to the congressman/senator, means other ways of inquiries won't work. In this case, writ of mandamus is the only solution. You can wait couple more months and file writ of mandamus.

Do youtube search "writ of mandamus pro se" many people got help from there.

@Ram Shar technically your congressman should help. They will send your inquiry if you haven’t received any response after 30 days of your interview. I don’t know why they your congressman didn’t help. Try to reach senator ?

@immu s is there a citation/reference to the 30 day theory? I am working on crafting a message to the congressman and could use that as a stress point.
