that you dont need to go to an interview, most k1 adjustment of status dont need interview you just get approved

@ace w the problem is I didn’t know if got approved or not? and after the interview waived there is a chance to get denied?

@mike Jordan the results should get soon as aplroved most k1 adjust of status get the interview waived because you already did an interview in the other country,

@Emmanuel okocha thats the problem when getting an rfe you need to wait a bitt more, for the work permit it takes 1-2 months after the biometrics maybe less but od what i seen,

@ace w I missed my first biometric and ever since then is been difficult after doing it

@Emmanuel okocha for k-1 A.O.S it is shown that it is the fastest one for getting approved, and for the first question it depends but should be less than 6 months
