omg. I can’t wait 2 more years without my husband. we married May 2022, still waiting on USCIS. I’ll be dead before his visa is approved at this rate. this is cruel, wrong and evil to keep families apart.

I received welcome letter it was sent to cuidad juarez embassy it says can take 6 to 8 wks....I filled ds160 but it doesn't let me pay fee or go further I was told I jave to wait for Instructions packet from embassy at fiancé home country mexico Also do I have to translate vaccine catd??? my k1 was approved March 15th 2023....welcome letter June 6th 2023 ceac is ready status ... ds160 filled but won't allow me to pay?? could it be because no Interview is available yet? I am exhausted, worried a mess....HELP ME PLEASE

hi @Jackie B. im still waiting on my wife’s interview letter, for your Ds160 if your priority date is current you can pay for the form otherwise it wont let you thats with other friends im hoping next month i get the interview August will be our 3 months as NVC says it takes to schedule interviews im also exhausted i need my wife beside me has your fiancé tried applying for a visitos visa? B1/B2?
