I hope someone replies to this, as the one who received approval is not going to lawfully open anymore 🤣. I received approval in November 2023, and my i485 is still pending. My spouse will become a citizen tomorrow, so we will try to upgrade the case. Even though we contacted Emma and received a response stating that nothing will change since the i485 is not affected by the Visa bulletin.

pd: july 2023 , NBC ..i am guessing interview will be in the local field office

they approved my case on may 2023 priority date july 2020 😓and until now still stuck at nvc no interview letter

@Jay Lhakhe 7 business days but its depend from which service center notice is mailed. my notice is came from my field office i haven’t received my i130 approval notice yet because it is coming feom nebraka serive center it will take more days where is your case ?

what type of questions did they ask ?

@Jay Lhakhe thank you nothing asked they just want to update my biometrics because it was expired . officer said your i130 is already approved so no worried your everything is good . today is our 2 anniversary office asked me which green card you want 2 years or 10 years then i said 10 he said ok you are approved for 10 years green card . he just ask one question did you denied form united states .
