@Mimi Olad: I-130 still pending. I guess they’ll be approved together as with other cases I’ve seen.

@IM: you can actually speak to a “live agent” or live chat thru Emma.

I always write in emmma: “live chat” and select “technical issues” and they connect you to a representative, that most of the times helps you as if you were calling

The RFE was for I-693, I have not sent it and will take it with me to the interview but a glitch on lawfully says I responded, I didn’t. Just as an update guys, I chatted with a live agent via Emma today and received my interview date and time. Interview is booked for November. Looks like Santa is coming early for me ☺️

@HK: https://ceciva.uscis.gov/Alme/ Type in the box: Live agent. When she brings a list, choose case status and enter your case number when she asks. She’ll put you on live chat and you’ll be on a queue until an agent is available. Doesn’t take long. Good luck 👍🏾

@B Akin..my question was what did you ask from the agent? cos yesterday I tried and they said there are 46 ppl before me..so I waited and sign out..bt my question was ...what did you ask agent? if he will say check the case status?? I don't know what to ask..😔

@HK: You can ask the agent anything about your case that you don’t understand or just for case status. I usually ask about my case status or why I have never received my receipt notices. But today, I asked for the details of my interview.

I had chat with the agent..he just only said you are in a queue for interview..nothing yet on my case..will send you notice in mail 😔
