interview Scheduled
is it possible to go to your green card interview without your spouse? does anyone have an experience on this? my husband is currently in Rehab and can’t make it to the interview and the facility insists they can’t give any letter to that effect due to HIPAA law. I don’t know if I can go to the interview alone. I am open to suggestions. thanks guys

your best bet is to reschedule because if it is an adjustment of status, your spouse must accompany you.
