just had mine divorce waiver as well, it was pretty straightforward as long you have good evidence. interviewer was an old lady that started yapping about stds because I met my ex wife on a dating app. just nod and smile so you can close this chapter of your life.

my friend had a divorce waiver she was denied because she didn't have any evidence . I think if you have solid evidence you'll be fine .

@yah wey only she had was marriage license and photos when they were married. so she basically didn't have any new evidence to show ongoing relationship , she got denied because of lack of evidence.

are those evidence should be joint bank accounts, shared address, income taxes, etc..?

I was pregnant before we broke up, we had joint bank accounts, credit cards, shared address, taxes, flight tickets, hotel bookings, pictures with family and friends, but this was submitted with the application also all this documents I have are not recent because we are divorced.. but I have all this from when the going was good in our relationship

Well you guys have a kid together, I think even if you just put that you’ll get approved. I had couples therapy letter, photos, flights, texts, taxes, utilities, leases some other stuff I did not have any bank statements cause we had a shared bank account but I did not use it and I paid for everything

they only look at evidence for a shared life up to divorce not after @yah wey don’t worry you’ll 100% be approved you got solid proof.
