before you get the letter you can actually find out earlier the actual date chat with Emma online! and eventually a live representative will chat with you, you can ask when it’s your actual interview date, I think will be good to know before you get the letter.

@I M I actually just finished talking to Emma live agent, it appears that for my case they scheduled 6 weeks out from the date when they schedule your interview. I read here that is pretty much standard, meaning 6 weeks out. it was rather quick to get a live agent.

awesome @e c glad to hear that I also find out my date before letter mail for interview they told me I have my date already. so those are good news always a good tool to find out faster. glad they now live agents are working on the clock.

@ Denis g yes I was able to chat with Emma and I also receive ny letter. My interview is in January. Next 2 weeks!
