interview rescheduled and combo card
hi there! we moved but our interview was scheduled in Providence RI, our lawyer is cancelling it today and moving our case to California. anybody have any idea if either i will finally get ny combi card or my interview won’t have too much of a delay? NBC, PD july 09

i would suggest you not cancel your interview date. Rescheduling in the earliest time is never guaranteed. I know people who rescheduled and haven’t a gotten any update 6+ months. I was lucky an officer was honest with me when I wanted to reschedule and told me there are no available dates and can’t promise any soon.

the thing is my lawyer said they might tell us you cant do the interview here because you don’t live here anymore

Yes you can. At the interview u just said you moved. A lot people do that. Unfortunately, reschedule put your case in the waiting list again. If you can, go to the interview. But if you're not in a rush. Just wait for new date in California. Good luck

have seen cases where people are scheduled in other places not even where they live, it’s normal. I really don’t know why your lawyer wants to reschedule it knowing that a new date would would hard to get. Good l luck with everything though

I suggest just go for your interview,,you may have to wait forever...if you reschedule

my case is same now its been 4 months they didnt Schedule again
