I asked Emma initally regarding my date of inetrview no much help then appeared the opt case status that i picked then a live agent

@maya how long did you wait from the scheduled interview until you called emma?

I did few hours after I saw that my interview was scheduled in the system

@maya how far out did they scheduled your interview from the date the actually scheduled it? I'm trying to see if I should wait a little or call Emma tomorrow

you don’t have call , just try to live agent Emma then talk with human there

my interview will be in 1 1/2 month from the date they posted interview was scheduled so you still have time but why not to find out sooner if you can
