interview location
my interview got scheduled from my old address in chicago. I'm in Kentucky now and I'm willing to make the trip to chicago for the interview. I am moving back to chicago as well but a month after the interview. Will my interview go through? or will they send me back and reschedule it?

Absolutely do not reschedule the interview. Just go and get it done. There won't be an issue.

if I were you I will go to that schedule and get that thing done, because we don’t know how many days you will wait again if they reschedule it or worse you will wait months

drive or take a plane to Chicago. Whatever it takes, get that thing done. As everyone else before me said, you might wait for months if you don’t

I'm ready to walk to Chicago if need be😅. My concern is will they deny me and ask me to reschedule due to change of address.

@abby hatcher; I personally had this experience and I can confirm to you that your lawyer was right because I spoke with a lawyer too when I was confused. Your faith is based on the discretion of the interviewer. Note that address confirmation is one of the basic introduction questions at interview. If the officer finds out that you moved recently (especially to another state), the officer may immediately cancel the interview and begin the transfer of your case to the field office in your new address. If you are lucky, the officer may ignore it and interview you. The chances are 50:50 I spoke to two different lawyers about this confusion and I was able to take an informed decision. Pls review thr situation again with your lawyer.
