I think priority date is the date they received the application

@Maame k well its shows 2 dates for me in online case status ,first shows they received my case on march 25 and in history says we received it in april 16 ?!??!
so what does that mean??

I applied on September 2020, my interview in December1 2021,but they scheduled me for the interview in Manhattan New York even though I live in New Jersey and my mailing address is New Jersey for the past 5 years never change. Anyone knows anything about that?
