Interview for VAWA and permanent residency
Hello everyone... I have a question for those who have already gone to a USCIS interview. My appointment is in November. Is it necessary to bring my lawyer to the interview? They are charging me $3,500 to accompany me. If those of you who have already been through this could help me out—is a lawyer actually needed? My appointment is for VAWA and permanent residency. Thanks to everyone for the help!

You may or not need the lawyer . usually they ask simple questions but you will never know.
