I think these officers most definitely have access to some exclusive information from background checks that we don’t know about and thus influences their questions during the interview and their overall perspective/decision on the case. Where’s you FO? And have you guys been living together?

I had similar experience with my interview, my i485 and i130 was approved exactly 2weeks after interview..... most times if they don’t ask for evidence I think the interviewer is very convinced that it’s a legit marriage. be expecting your green card soon. good luck bro

@KP my field office is Baltimore and yes we have been leaving together and she told the officer she lost 2 miscarriage and she’s pregnant as well for me now 2month

Adegbenga? it took almost 3 years to even get an interview in Baltimore? was there any delay/RFE in your case?

Adegbenga Adesipo that was a big mistake to ask him that question, how long will it take to get your GC! that automatically makes it seem like you have other intentions behind your head. just keep your fingers crossed and pray 🙏

you submitted your i130 and your i485 together ? what form you are interviewing for yesterday I got my interview last March 2nd at Baltimore field office to for my i130 everything going well and I’m waiting for my approval

@Baltimore fillers Yes I summited everything together and my field office is Baltimore as well the officer said by next I should get something in a mail

@adegbenga me to I did my interview in Tuesday March 2 in Baltimore field office after the interview he give my husband and me a paper 📝 we signed and the paper show your interview was complete if we make decisions you gonna see in mail

the paper 📄 show my name and my husband and my lawyers to his writing Hand delivery interview was complete your i130 interview was complete if uscis make decisions we gonna mail you a notice

@Baltimore fillers we did not sign anything though he just gave us a white paper and the white paper indicated the first box day case is held for a review and we’re have been married for 3years though

@Baltimore fillers he said we should be expecting good news in the mail he never take or check my documents or photos he only took our drivers license which my spouse as my last name on it and the address both match and he was so nice we was done in 10min

you not sign anything after your interview you and your wife me and my husband we signed the officer tell me print your name here and signed both of them after he printed a paper 📄 give us your interview was complete if uscis make a decision he gonna come to the mail your case most be reviewed

yes ours says that but we never signed may I ask was your PD date?

@Adegbenga Adesipo: same thing happened to me also at the interview but can you please explain me which white paper you are talking about because after the interview the officer told me sign 2 forms with my initials & then he took it back and said you will get a notice by mail so check your mail every day
