If you didn’t hear a decision in writing within 120 days you need to maybe conract a legal representative and check what your options are. USCIS has to make a decision within 120 days after interview date.

I'm waiting for design since September 2021. 120 days isn't actual if your caise does not exceed the processing time of your local office.

she said that she need to review and vet my documents before approving it in 2 weeks, she explained about the 2 years conditional greencard and had me signed the paper. But till now no update, status is still “Interview was scheduled “

I did all my applications by myself, I did not hire a lawyer.
