interview completed message change today
after almost 115 days with the same message as the last one, anybody experienced the same? idk what does this means!

@Bill : ) interview was ok because of I work part time with the sponsor and my second job is much better than sponsor one so she said i am not satisfied why would you will go back full time with sponsor if you have really good job. so she said I need to discuss with my supervisor so I am putting the case under review.

@scsc 97 2024 how you had interview when you pd wasn’t current. my pd is June 21 and during interview it was current.

she might caught a red flag when you said you have a second job. remember employer only sponsor us when they can’t find a suitable candidate inside the US

@Feb 21 but there is nothing wrong with having a second job. USCIS own policy states that you don’t have to work for your sponsor full time till you receive your GC. OP is safe under the guidelines published by USCIS.

@Feb 21 I got my second job maybe year or 1.5 years later of i140 approval and there is no issue doing that only we have to have a letter stating after GC approval I will go back to work full time . she wasn’t satisfied with the reason of taking part time with sponsor she said if the business was slow down in 2023 how they can afford you now which shouldn’t be a problem now business is doing better so they will afford me.

@june2021 pd both are skilled jobs but idk why lawyer put as unskilled although I had experience too but she showed just 1 year and messed up my file. second job IT

@june2021 pd wait a min so didnt you apply for unskilled category? but at the time of interview the two jobs you had were skilled?

@Mandem FC yes I am under unskilled category which she made a mistake that’s what I am saying but yea I didn’t know her mistake for a while so I left it be and now I am in unskilled category
