does anybody knows what it means when you get notified that interview canceled after attending interview? should we be worried?

it’s happened with me also i gave them already interview after 120 days i was expecting descion but suddenly its showing my interview is cancelled and they send me letter in my home they same thing as per app showing its almost happened with me one month before i m still waiting
