Hoping they schedule interviews soon. We just submitted all of our documents to the NVC, waiting for DQ and interview. We cannot wait for this to be over!!

unfortunately im on the 7th month of waiting after DQ for an interview but nothing yet 🤷‍♀️

was DQed 16th/12/2022 but not heard from them since. My PD is 16th/12/2021, ir5 Nairobi Kenya. so frustrating

I contacted Immigration in Rio de Janeiro to ask about the progress of the process and if there was any prediction for the date of the interview. And they told me that NVC hadn't forwarded the process to them yet, so it was impossible to schedule the interview. However, the NVC had said that the case had been sent, due to some system error it seems that some cases were not sent to local immigration. Through Public Inquiry, I managed to inform NVC that the process was not received by RJ immigration and therefore they were unable to schedule the interview. Check with your immigration office whether your case was actually forwarded by the NVC, or whether there was a system error and the case never got there.
