were you separated? did you answer the questions correctly

I just finished with the interview.. I didn’t get any update yet.. officer gave me the paper case must be reviewed..

@Fe waiting. Yes all was answered correctly and after I was separated with my wife I wasn't called back in. I guess he asked cos my wife had filed for someone before.

@P. ahow was yours, mine took about an hr but was smooth and normal question and answer thats all. then he said he wanted to speak with my wife privately.

@Rennay V, I won't call it a stoke but rather concerned if my wife really believe I'm genuine with her and she confirmed that.

were you asked questions when separated from your wife? were they the same questions they asked her?

@RennayI was never called back in after I was separated. she was the only one he asked that question.

mine was okay we were together.. and officer didn’t ask me any questions she just ask my spouse all the questions… and I just answered security questions.. it was about 15-20 mints max..

wow ok..that’s strange

sometimes they tend to direct all the questions to the US citizen spouse to make sure they weren’t getting paid just to be there

@P. where u approved on spot or what the the IO say after your interview

it’s really strange Bcz she didn’t ask me single question…and no my case is in review… she gave me one paper and told me to wait for 120 days for any decision..

@P. I wasn't given any paper, he just had me sign the last part of the form and thats it.

even she made me sign some form..

after the interview in how much time you got your case update?

@P. I just got the update 1hr ago and my interview ended at abt 10am from 9am

at my interview my US citizen spouse was asked few questions. all the questions were directed at me. Hopefully you get a good news soon 🙏🏾

@Shane Amen, the IO just asked of our forms separately like a yes or no. then later excused me from the room then asked my wife if she wants me to stay and that was it

it was a tough interview lol. Most questions were directed at me about my former marriage and few questions to my husband. Almost a month now, no RFE just crickets… I m not even thinking about it as far as I got my ssn and can work. Gods will be done

@ Shane yea, its crazy and seems Baltimore FO is notorious for being silent after interview

two of my friend who had gotten theirs said they waited between 2 to 3months and got approved

My interview went well. The Interview Officer was friendly and nice. My US wife asked her when will I get my GC. She said I should check my status this coming Wednesday. I am doubting what she said. I am trusting in the Lord though.

same here, no news. I wish we could form a group of people who have interviews at Baltimore FO and waiting to hear a response. Almost two months after interview, no RFE nothing! it’s frustrating

Wow @dave was it up to 120 days after your interview? and what were they asking? I think it’s a good thing you heard back at least; means they are working on your case

it was less than 120 days. I did my interview on 20th December 2021. they are requesting for more evidence of bona fide marriage.

@Dave, its good u heard something, I guess u are getting close to a decision then.

yes , I agree with you Seyi. Dave you need to give them all and every new thing you can gather from the last time you interviewed. New statements, pictures , etc. Letters from friends and family will be helpful too. Prayers up for us; I can’t wait for this episode to be over 🙂

it is not easy at all@Hopeful Optimistic. Just been hopeful each and every day. This frustration can increase your blood pressure and take you to your grave before getting 😂😂. I have been waiting for the past 7months.

@hopeful optimistic I totally took it out of mind. travelled with my AP internationally twice and focus on my job. it’s out of my hands at this point and I refuse to let it bother me
