let your Attorney file VAWA and make sure you have evidence of the abuse text messages etc

yes,what they will do is ask where is your wife and once ypu explain they then ask if you submitted a vama if the answer is yes they check right away whilst you are there on the system and give you and the Attorney additional info on what to do

@Poka Joker at this time no vawa was submitted, just marriage base ! Emma told me all this not sure how accurate it is , keeping my fingers crossed

you can still file vawa,remember abuse can start after marriage so for you to say why did they even got married at first isn't really saying anything, remember people changes for various reasons
