is your application at local field office?

The USCIS agent informed me about the waiver being canceled in March 2023, when my application moved from non local FO to local FO. No update since then and my app status is stuck on biometrics applied. I guess depends on your local FO and their workload. Mine local FO is Milwaukee and processing time is 18+ months as of today!

@mech t @M k mine has not moved yet, its seating at SFO Fo and mine is portland OR. whenever it moves to my local FO is when interview will actually be scheduled?

@kendall Roy Yes, to my knowledge it has to move to local FO before interview can be scheduled. Basically waiting game begins once your app moves to local FO and an officer is assigned who reviews your case and schedules an interview.

what happens if i move to a different state bc my sponsor, my interview would be scheduled in my previous state?

@kendall Roy Well update your address ASAP when you move to a new state because your app probably will again betransferred to FO there. If your interview is scheduled before you move then you can request to reschedule the interview to local FO of new state but more you will be increasing the processing time
