the interview can be waived at some point but before approval they can still ask for an interview so it’s not final until you’re approved without an interview. my “interview was waived” per an Emma agent a year ago and I’m still waiting for my green card. so there’s zero way to know. best of luck. @L R

mine was waived since November 7 2023 3 days ago i received rfe
