you can call uscis and ask them their rules about interpreter. they might have some rules and regulations for that.

i had my interview like 3weeks ago but when i was waiting to be called they provided an interpreter to someone who was called but couldn’t speak english

on the interview notice it says you have to provide one yourself.. maybe try calling the FO where you will be interviewing to ask
