International Travel with combo card( EAD + TRAVEL PERMIT)
Hello all, Greetings!
I am traveling outside of country with my Eb3 unskilled EAD combo card for 45 days. I recently got my EAD card and haven't started workimg for my employer yet. I still have mainted my F1 visa (In OPT). I have following questions to ask:
1) Can I still maintain F1 visa after coming back to USA?
2) If not, how and when will my F1 status gets terminated?
3) If I no longer have F1 status, can I resume my professional work with my EB3 unskilled EAD card and start working for my eb3 unskilled employer second after few month (3 months later)?
I am looking forward to credible and genuine advice and information.

@N K once you use eb3 (unskilled) EAD your F1 status is automatically terminated. you will no longer be in F1 status. your status will be I485 (pending) until you get your final decision.

To answer the 3rd question. You can start job as soon as you return.

pls note that the AP does not guarantee you will be admitted back into the United State. It’s only a Parole.
