if they deny you can appeal but you might have to get a lawyers to guide you. I read about two other cases here on lawfully that they had gotten approved on second try. Don’t give up keep trying

Hire the best lawyer you know. Do your research on YouTube to find lawyer that made video about it and try to hire one of them. it’s always possible to overcome this situation.

The intent to deny is based on your I-485 and not I-360, so it’s maybe related to your Yes/No questions and whether you filed a previous application and your answers doesn’t add up. The officers vet past and present application and might call you into an interview and allow you to explain. I think it’s best to retain a lawyer to help you fight it if it gets that serious. I hope it works out well for you.
