Inquiry
Do you guys think I can call to ask for an update, even if it's not the time to send an inquiry? Will it help or harm my process if I call? Some people say calling will remind theoffice of my case, some people say the opposite. I'm desperate. It has been 11 months and I don't even have a work/travel permits.

@Salam Qumsiyeh you should call them and request to expedite the process yourself if they deny it then contact your congressman.. if they deny it submit another one .. it won’t hurt your process.. and it will remind them to work on your case .. your chance to get your EAD after expedite 50/50

Hi, Last time I tried to expedite my I-131 the agent told me that in order to expedite, my process would be on hold until the expedite decision, that could cause delay on my process.

hey, try to do an inquiry, for your “case oustide processing time” that’s how I got my ead, after waiting almost a year.
