Inquiry Regarding Status of Pending Form I-130 Petition for My Husband"
Hi everyone,
I have a pending Form I-130 petition for my husband, with a priority date of August 17, 2023. It has been almost a year since the second notice, and I haven’t received any updates or approval. I’m considering submitting an inquiry to USCIS about the status of my petition.
Has anyone experienced a similar situation or had success in getting an update after such a long wait? Any advice on the best way to proceed would be greatly appreciated!

in August 11 and still waiting, if you filed on paper that’s probably why there hasn’t been any updates because they don’t update it until last, expect approval to be around September/october

@Yusuf Walid Most i130 takes 12-14 months to be adjudicated. You are real close to that. Just a little while longer.

waiting since June 2023 at Nebraska. They say I can’t inquire until April 2025.
