inquiry date approaching
our date is Dec 1, just wondering, what should we ask them once we actually get the chance to? does it even matter or help? it's been over 560 days on our I130 at Vermont. Should we call them and contact my senator too?
any tips would be really appreciated!

you have to chieck the case processing time in uscis website if you pass that time, u can make inquire to ask them why ur case take all of that time, and yes my advice to u first send inqure and see what they will tell u and then talk to ur senator becuase after pass the time processing u have all the right to do that.

my process time date is remaining 2 months why my end date before I will request for inquiry just ended last week Nov.5. 23 so I call called uscis on the 6 explain to them but they send the inquire still forward it to my email telling me I will definitely hear something by 30days time

@Steven H im exactly in the same boat I-130 Vermont.. I just contacted my senator and awaiting a response . my PD is April 19, 2022.. did you check your UScis account? It shows 3 weeks estimate

@Steven H I requested senator and congressman assistance and also submitted an inquiry… I found about security checks when I tried to expedite and it was in their email
