inquiry assign to an agent
Guys, do u know how long Uscis can take to at least assign my inquiry to an agent ? it’s passed a week and nothing.

I submitted mine on Jan 18, and on Jan 23 it was assigned to an officer for a response. I didn’t get any response, however, yesterday I saw that on Feb 1 it was assigned again to an officer. With this journey, my patience has been tested to the maximum. 😂

Mine was always assigned to an agent for response. They say give them seven days. we are waiting

if it isn’t Assigned to an officer yet, it won’t appear on case tracker! like my inquiry
