login to your online account to see if they posted the document but they sometimes take 5-7 business days to show up or a week or two to come in the mail. @Princesse Nana

did they ever send you an online access code? mine was sent by mail as well but I have an online account where I can see up to date information on my cases. @Princesse Nana
