Infopass appointment
Hello guys, the beginning of last week I went to the website and I requested an appointment since my 42B was granted by an immigration judge. The receipt number said I should be contacted within 3 to 5 business days but it never happened now I’m calling USCIS constantly waiting a lot of time until someone pick up the phone and they always come up with something different: can’t verify my id or they just say someone will contact me. that horrible customer service they gave everyone

@blessed & favored thanks for helping me. I spoke two times with the judges clerk. She assured there’s absolutely nothing they can do at this point. Lawyer also said it’s under USCIS officer discretion to stamp my passport. USCIS is a mess. o schedules an info pass and for the third time they call and when I answer the phone they automatically hung up the call. they did it twice and then I get an email asking to reschedule. it’s Craaaaaazy
