@Ps S I responded to RFE for Medical back in May. since then I haven't heard anything from them. so I called to ask about it and the officer told me to go to the local office. and he scheduled me an appointment as well

@uscislin linuscis when you call the prompts will ask you what you need, then you say INFOPASS. Then you will be directed to a Tier I officer, who would request for a Tier II officer to call you back. and the officer called me back after two days

@John Martin My VAWA is already approved. I was inquiring about my I-485 because they asked me to send My medicals about 4 months ago

@Faithful God You don't just ask. depending on the inquiry that you have about your case, the Tier I will be the one to decide if he would schedule you for a call back from the Tier II office.(Atlist that is the little I know)

still waiting for the tier 2 officer to call me back, they told me 72 hrs. they didn’t call today and Monday they have off bc is a holiday unless the work holidays. so now I have to wait till Tuesday or Wednesday. sad sad

@✨ bright future ✨ They will surely call you. l was told they would call me btn 1-30 days. they called me after 2days and I missed the call. then the officer left me a voicemail and said he would give me a courtesy call after 1hr. He never called again until today. so, you just have to wait for them.

I tried it but run into a stonewall when they called to schedule the appt and realized it was VAWA they said they couldn't facilitate it as VAWA is confidential

@mimi mimi any updates??? I was contacted today and was given an appointment tomorrow. the officer told me that officers at the local field did not have the authority to expedite my case but they were able to provide some information. I requested for my I-131 to be expedited and I was told to bring 2 passport photos and a copy of my evidence. i read someone else posted that they might give me a one time permit to leave and enter the country again. I will be happy with either because my relative is in the icu. I wonder if I can asked for the combo card. I hope they are able to do something!

@✨ bright future ✨ I wish you all the best! when you go, just ask them for combo card or anything you want to ask them. the worse case scenareo is that they will tell you NO. but atlist you tried. For me theres no update yet. I won't go in until next week

UPDATE: My I-485 was just approved today. I was yet to go in for my infopass appointment next week.I'm yet to know if I have to cancel/reschedule the appointment
