I’m not sure about that, you might have to go through the process each time you have to travel. you will have to show evidence /proof of your reason for travel. For example if it’s for the funeral of a loved one; the death certificate and evidence of relation to the person.

Kay Bee,please can you elucidate further?What are the examples of evidence of relationship because I have been turned down four times. The people at the field office I met first always intended approving 30days but when they go in for final approval from their supervisor, I get denied.

my deceased uncle,I went with his death certificate, my dad death certificate, my birth certificate, Affidavit stating am his next of kin and that he had no children, letter from attorney addressed to me to come and activate his burial, his financial situation and estates I needed to attend to,his old local birth certificate was rejected. They requested me to bring my dad birth certificate and his birth certificate and those documents cannot be seen by anyone. can a family lawyer write a letter to the field office sealed in a document adressed to them stating am his next of kin or wat do I do.EAD submitted for renewal since September 2021,got rfe april 13th 2021 and replied back immediately but biometric just applied to only i765 April 27th 2022. sent a letter of expedition to them may 21st 2022 that I drive and am out of job but no driving license with evidences but know reply yet.A whole lot of their heavy bureaucratic systems. Fed up!
