We filed for Green Card for my Parent in Oct 2021 and are still waiting. Owing to family medical issues they want to go back to India and the AP is also under process. We were suggested to plead our case with Info pass appointment, what is best way to get an info pass appointment ?

I did contact the senator but it was not very useful, any particular format to follow to talk to them ? I completed all the documents and after few months they didn’t do anything and said the case is progressing …
