Info Pass
Hey guys, I want to schedule an info pass with my local USCIS office regarding I-485 and inform them my removal proceeding was terminated and I-130 was approved for so long. I called the number and they told me someone would call me in 72 hours. I received the call and the guy said, my situation does not require an info pass and I have to wait thirty days because of my case at NVC. After the call ended, they emailed me and said I could schedule an info pass online. When trying to schedule online, options are only for granted asylum before an immigration judge, or for an emergency and advance parole. Are USCIS employees playing on me or what? I do not what to do to schedule an info pass. Any Idea? I need help

Hi, can you please share your timeline for the termination of the removal order - did you request PD from OPLA ICE? and which state are you in?

Hey @ T T I asked to joint motion to terminate my removal proceeding with ICE. DHS lawyers agreed after five weeks, and then we sent to the immigration judge to sign, IJ took almost six weeks to terminate my case. My FO is Newark, NJ.
