you only have that when you filed online. if you filed through the mail then you don’t.

@Kayden Riding (thinking further) I believe if you mail in your application and get your receipt, you can use your receipt # to track your case on the site after opening an account , it’s just too logical 🤷🏾‍♂️

@Dunn O yes i can make an account and track my case. but since i filed through the mail i don’t have a inbox to receive messages or have a document tab. I have talked to USCIS about it because I was wondering where my inbox is. and they told me that since I filed through the mail then I won’t have a inbox.

@Kayden Riding I’m not an expert on this but I strongly believe if you have a USCIS account you should have an inbox in it; it should be a standard package. Do you have your registered USCIS account?
