in status vs out of status
hi all, I was wondering if there is any advantage in filling AOS I130 (marriage) while on status compared to filling while out of status ! would filling while on-status speed up processing time or improve one’s chance?

no it does not matter if you’re in or out of status. You’d still have to wait
