Immigrant status while waiting i-485
Hi all
I applied for i-485 along with i-765 in April 2022.
I-765 was approved in 2022 and I received EAD card, though I'm still waiting for my i-485
My EAD expires in Aug 2024 and I'm preaparing new i-765 form for renewal. Now to the question: Item 25 "Your current immigrant status" - what should I put there?
Initially I put L1 visa, but it expired long ago, so I guess my current status is defined by EAD or pending i-485 but I'm not sure what exactly should I put in this item.
