When i submitted My i 485 application My lawyer mentioned it that i am working He told me not lie

yes you could have be honest at the interview but I don’t think they will be lenient for an expedite But keep faith and let’s hope for the best

@N M don’t let anyone put fear in you!!!! you didn’t do ANYTHING WRONG! I did exactly the same thing you did a few weeks ago! I even included my ITIN number in my letter, and guess what???? A week after everything was submitted I GOT APPROVED! so don’t worry you’ll be OKAY!!!

The moment you’re paying taxes using your ITIN , you don’t have nothing to hide for USCIS. who will live in this country for 12 years without working???? please….. at least the know you’re being honest and if you married a USC it’s forgiven

@NM if your wife is a US citizen then you will be fine I think because even though they don’t legally allow it, if you are married to a US citizen unauthorized employment is forgiven

@NM according to the immigration law all unauthorized work are forgiven if married to a United state citizen. folks stop putting fear into people if you don’t understand immigration law.
