@sana ben bouzid you have to call uscis and schedule in person appointment at your filed office .. take your proofs to support your request and your passport, your I-130/ I-485 to your appointment and they should help you getting it right the way .. if your proofs very strong

@roro April 2022 Thank you for your andwer. I have a medical emergency. My uncle is in the hospital. In my country, they don't provide any medical proof or documentation for non-fatal health issues due to legal restrictions. The only documentation they provide is in cases of death. I don’t know what i’m supposed to do ..

@sana ben bouzid ask your family there to bring you a medical report stating your uncle situation and the threatening life conditions translate it here and take it with u .. without this they will never consider your situation as an urgent matter
