@wagner bradok did you do inquiries? If had to push my own case I did inquiry to congressman and senator. I call USCIS and ask for updates. I was aggressive but polite.

please don’t give up. Hope is the last thing to hold on to. I just saw someone post that it took her 5 years to get approved. I am going through the same feeling. I feel like go back home and leave all my dreams behind but I think what if I go back days from reviving my approvals? I would have waisted all these years and all the money I paid my lawyer

im 4 years and 4 months i already gave up

Hey there don’t give up, my vawa (I-360) got approved after 46months, I didn’t even have a work permit. My interview for i485 was after 6months of vawa approval so in total 52 months to get to the interview. Believe in god and have faith. 🙏

@Mehhhh . when did you apply for VAWA?

In this process, there is nothing called giving up. It's all on God. Let other accounts that you have read and will continue to read God is the center 🙏. My I-360 got approved after 1,336 days of waiting. Moreover, I am still waiting for I-485 approval. Hahaha, my medical was submitted since December 2024. Keep faith alive and God will see you through.

I file vawa since Nov 2020 and no decision till now. the last inquiry made by senate said security check pending. it’s frustrating and I won’t give up

@W A call this number 1-800-375-5283…….when you call the number and the automated service come a on say “info pass” and it will transfer you to a live agent. You need to say Info Pass though.

@wagner bradok you need to google the congressman and senator in your state. I live in Chicago so I was able to reach out to there office and the staff help me.
