I'm suing the USCIS if I don't get a decision by the ending of February.
I've seen way too many cases that applied way after me, literally a full year after me at the same service center getting final decisions. This in my opinion is not luck. Some of these case had RFE multiple times and yet their cases went through in a timely manner, I had 1 RFE which I responded to very speedily, yet my case is not going anywhere. March is the month for lawsuit.

do it. they absolutely do not process anything in a logical first in, first out basis.

You are so right. For me it’s kind of unfair to see some people getting approved in 3 to 6 months some even in a month while others have to wait 2 to even 4 years for the same process. Ugh!😣

I reply to RFE for July 21,2023 it's 206 days now it is stuck in RFE receive.

Please people never lose hope. Fight for your rights. You can sue USCIS for delay on your own, if you cannot afford an attorney, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it and to get some help "writ of mandamus pro se"

w s I agree with you Imy pd is Sept 27 2021 until now whenever I call they just add more months to my case
John RichardsFeb 12, 2024
@Jervis Findlayson I do agreed with you. I’m in the same boat. PD 12/06/2021. I have had interview and gone one year after my interview and no decison yet. I just sent a letter in the mail to the officer last Friday who interviewed us reminding him of his delay in making a decison. Hope this help before going to court. I will encourage you and everyone to send a letter to the office or officer over your case and see how that goes. You MUST explore all means before going to court. Just my thoughts.

it’s just an act of injustice, seeing cases approved right under your nose in less than 60 days, while yours is stuck. yet they’re out there celebrating statistics on numbers of approvals. will it hurt them to complete old ones before dealing with new ones. or they just dump our cases like trash till we make a higher move. Financial problems do affects marriage, when one is working and the other is not able to support. it soon becomes a burden. USCIS needs to do better really.

@Patiently Patience this is currently the story of my life, I'm literally going through a break up period right now with my wife. and to make matters worse, i have 2 young kidz that's not even hers. these delays really hurt relationships, but i think they know that.

However, despite our fruitful interaction we are yet to receive a decision on our application which spans over nearly 800 days ( two years, two months). These past months and years have taken an unimaginable toll on our family-affecting areas of our finances, job, school as well as enrollment into the US Military.
Hence, we request a full closure to this matter aimed at bringing the necessary relive to our family. Once again, we want to thank you for the extraordinary services you and your colleagues continue to provide to humanity and families in this country.
Remember you hold a special place in the hearts of millions out there with love.
