How long have you been waiting for the Work Permit?

i think it’s because of the RFE it sets the case back I had the same RFE and it’s been 42 days without nothing. they made it clear in the notice that they will not process the application until they receive what they need to make a decision on the case.

your medical is needed for work though. when you send your application incomplete you are setting yourself back. you know what they need send everything. some ppl wait on rfe you are being your own setback when you di that

@msmwepu mil yes, an rfe will slow down your case, I had the same ref and when I send in my resond to uscis the next day my EAD was approved
