Hi friend, just wondering what that means for your case? I ask because the same day I submitted my i130 for my husband in March it automatically said case being actively reviewed and it stayed like that ever since….looking at your timeline, what does the D+ mean on the side? all of this is sometimes so confusing 😕
Tess SSep 13, 2023
@Erica P hi there! so active review means that an officer is working on your case. D+ is how many days after filing was the action done. so I had an active review 30 days after submitting my i130. my second active review occurred today and I also got my approval. so now I have to wait to get NVC email or letter and my husband can make an account and we can start filling out that information and once it's all done, he will be given an interview at the embassy in his country.

@Erica P let me know if you need more clarification!

@Tess S Ok, that makes sense. I just wonder how mine said “Case is being actively reviewed” the same day that I submitted while other people here have two different milestones, the first one being submission and the second being actively reviewed, sometimes after a long time. I haven’t seen anymore updates 😕 two last questions…what country is your spouse in? and were you tracking the “MyProgress” tab the entire time? and if so, did you notice it being accurate? best wishes

@Tess S congratulations boo
Tess SSep 13, 2023
@Erica P my spouse is South Korean. the myprogress is very inaccurate. my time started at 4months when they brought that out early this year and Ran out a long time ago. don't use that as your tracking it will just get you excited for nothing usually. I've only seen about 2 people get approved when it ran out
