mine was the same and yesterday changed to 2 weeks but I got a uscis mail and around 6pm yesterday I got the approval notice for the EAD and still says 2 weeks tho but in the documents tab was the approval. blessings to you, I know your approval is coming!!

mine went down to 2 weeks and I got approved that same week but now I’m approved and it’s still saying 4 weeks as they didn’t update the app so I don’t know how accurate it is😂

in May 2023, mine said it takes longer than expected. this month it says 5 weeks , then 4 week. When i check this morning by 3 am , it's still say 4 weeks . right now it's telling me 3 months. i am so disappointed because i left my abuser 3 day's ago and i am in the shelter with my two girls . I am crying 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭shelter telling me staying here is 45 days so if i don't get it within the period , i might end up going back to my abuser 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

@MWVawa2023 D listen for the sake of your children and your sanity exhaust all option write to the White House I did that to, find a congressman are congresswoman office and plea with them try anything at this point, I have a lawyer to that I pay but she don’t call me are give me any updates nothing,anything happen i look and i see it and i call her and tell her, i know the situation is rough you contact immigration yourself, like i said plea and tell them your situation, somebody else cant tell your story you have to you alone know what your going through you have to try

Yes the app didn’t update yet but I got the letter saying it was approved.

@Nicola 🇯🇲 no it's wasn't the worst permit I applied for my husband in last day of the last week they changed my status to it's taking longer than expected so far nothing

mine count down to 1 week last week. then this week no status nothing. my I130 was 8 months, then to 15 months then this morning 2 months. but my case was on back log and can't get status until nov 22, 2023
