it’s been a week since second active review talk to a lawyer and he advised to go head and do the 131 but I have the hope I’m going be aproved soon so I don’t want to waste the money on the 131 application 🙄😞🫤

I think 131 fee is included if the 485 is still pending,, u can submit the receipt of the previous payment, double check this on the site, as F2A case I didn't pay for 131

same here with me but have applied through my lawyer no fee to Government but you will pay your lawyer for Service charge🙏
