@Nicola 🇯🇲 U still have a long way. Mine was from 8 months to 4 months & moved up again back to 9 months & currently it is taking longer than expected to process. Expediting the process is 50/50. All U need is patience with USCIS as long as U are still within the processing time.

@Nicola 🇯🇲 click on documents and see if you receive a approve notice for the I765, after my biometric I was seeing estimated time 3months while a approve notice was attach to it in documents… didn’t receive any update until card was produced

that a the foolishness they wasted time on upgrading and all when they could focus on approving more permits so people can work. mi deh here waiting 15 months and no damn work permit or nothing and my friend I helped in March for permit and ssn already.

my case show 5 months processing time for my work permit now the 5 months over and it’s showing me another 3 months boy oh boy

my case going into 3 years early next year bcz I file I 130 first then file for adjust status after they send for my medical and everything in April so I hope I hear something soon

@chris clark I filed everything together I-765,I-130,I-485,I-131 and sent in my medical same time and I did my biometrics and they sent a RFE and I answered that right away and they sent notice saying they received my response so idk what else

don’t let that timeline trick you it means nothing take it from someone waiting almost two years

yea don’t watch that timeline it’s a trick

but look on the brighter side longer it takes the possibility that you get your 10 year permanent green card is higher
