Hi applied one day before you March 13 and August 21, I saw the approval for EAD online. Keep an eye under the document tab. Sometimes they take longer to update the system, even though your case is approved.

just hold up a bit, you'll get a respond very soon, keep faith. don't stress about it. once they recieve the rfe, you're almost there...god bless you

@Nicola 🇯🇲 lols 😆 🤣 😂 😄 how long ago did U file? U really have to be patient, U would have gone to see your family before filing. As it is, if U leave the country, U will be charged for abandonment & U will start afresh. There are people that have been waiting since 2021 for approval, I applied November 2022, I just have to wait patiently.

@JENNIE . I’m not planning on leaving I have 3 children that was born here and go to school, I know my green card and everything else is a process, I just want my work permit so I can work

@Nicola 🇯🇲 U can go ahead & expedite your I-131 & I-765 immediately. Write a letter to USCIS supporting it with documents & claim hardship, tell them U need to finance your children's education, care & upbringing, I believe they will surely respond.
