from the information I am seeing people that have an rfe for affidavit their cases pending longer, I just got an rfe for affidavit also, praying for approvals for us soon

@Fran fine I would consider filing a lawsuit to get your answer. I plan to do that if I fall outside of normal processing times.

@Fran fine did NBC request your medical and told you to send it to your FO? because that's what they did to me. My PD is August 2022. My case was transferred to the Brooklyn FO since Dec 2023 havent heard anything since.

@Baby Love No i sent it to NBC ON JULY 18,2023. IN APRIL 2024 I GOT MY ADVANCE PAROLE AND THEN WAS TOLD THAT MY that documents were sent to my FO.

@Fran fine hopefully you will get an interview soon or they will waive it. did your progress step changed because mine changed to “waiting for decision” on the 14th when the glitch happened. I pray to god they will waive my interview. It also went from 2 weeks to 14 months. It sat at 2 weeks for over 5 months.
